No Returns excepted

Our corals are healthy and happy when shipped out.  I have a very high success rate when shipping corals and take great care when packing your corals!  If for some reason your order (or an individual coral) does not survive the trip you will receive a credit towards another order via a gift certificate, we do not issue refunds.  You must notify me via email of DOA corals within 1 hours of delivery! (I will go by the time stamp on the UPS Tracking) Do not throw away any corals, I will need pictures.  The credit will be valid for 6 months.  There is no refund on shipping charges under any circumstances.  All purchases assume the customer has intermediate to advanced reefing experience.  We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression).  Please ask if you are unsure of how to keep the certain coral your purchasing, I am here to help!  In the rare cases I need to credit you , your credit may depend on pictures of the expired coral, or I may request coral skeletons be sent back to us.  Charge backs for the entire shipment including shipping with out contacting us via email are illegal and will be prosecuted for fraud.  I can only ship to the billing address and to the cardholder. I may ask you to allow 2-3 weeks for stressed or damaged corals to be evaluated before issuing the DOA credit.  Many corals bounce back and begin to quickly recover from shipping stress .   In order to get free shipping on your next order, you need to meet the $325 shipping threshold still.   If possible we will ship replacement coral with another order. don’t hesitate to contact us via email at info@licorals.com.
