Description:
The Bumble Bee Snail is a small, beautifully striped snail with striking black and yellow markings perpendicular to the shell length. Native to the shallow intertidal waters of the Indo-Pacific, this nocturnal snail often burrows in sandy or marshy areas and spends much of its time stationary. -
Benefits:

Cleans detritus, uneaten food, and decomposing organisms

Burrows and aerates the sand bed, helping maintain a healthy substrate
