Zoanthus and Palythoa are very adaptable corals, thriving under a wide range of lighting conditions from low to high. However, it’s best to acclimate all new arrivals in lower light for the first week, as they are far more likely to be damaged from overexposure than underexposure.
I keep my Zoanthids in medium light, where they show excellent color and growth.
