Nationwide Shipping (Continental US Only)
- Orders under $199: $55
- Orders $200–$374: $40
- Orders $350+: Free
Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT, MA)
- Orders under $99: $40
- Orders $100–$249: $30
- Orders $250+: Free
Shipping Details:
- All items are shipped Priority Overnight via UPS.
- UPS tracking numbers are emailed 1–2 days before shipping.
- Saturday delivery is not available.
- Shipping is limited to the continental US only.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy
We guarantee all corals will arrive alive.
Requirements to maintain the guarantee:
- The recipient must be home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
- Photos of the coral in the package must be emailed to longislandcorals@gmail.com within 1 hour of delivery.
- Corals cannot be left outside; doing so will void the DOA guarantee.
DOA Resolution:
- If the item is deemed dead or unhealthy, we will issue a store credit valid for 1 year.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

- No refunds or returns on any live product.
