In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives dead or damaged, purchaser must email 2-3 pictures of said coral to Long Island Corals within 1 hours of delivery or no credit will be issued.  No Cash/Credit Card refunds will be issued for any DOA coral and there will be no refunding of shipping cost.  All Credits will be issued via store certificates only, no refunds. Customer agrees to not “charge back” with their credit card company under any circumstances, we will work with you to come to an equitable solution.

We are not responsible for errors in acclimation, general care (over or under lighting, water flow, water chemistry, temperature, or inter species coral aggression).  Please ask if you are unsure of how to keep the certain coral your purchasing, I am here to help! 

Our corals are healthy and happy when shipped out.  I have a very high success rate when shipping corals and take great care when packing your corals!  In order to get free shipping on your next order, you need to meet the $325 shipping threshold still.   If possible we will ship replacement coral with another order. don’t hesitate to contact us via email at info@licorals.com.
