Long Island Corals Guarantees live arrival of all corals that you receive on the first delivery attempt. Please note that some corals can get very stressed during the shipping process and they might take a few days to show their true colors, so please be patient.
In the unlikely event of your coral arriving dead on arrival please send a clear well lit photograph of the coral in the bag and out of the bag within 1 hour of arrival (ups time stamp will be used). If we determine that the coral is DOA we will issue a store credit for the purchase price paid for the coral not included shipping charges. Store credit may not be applied to future shipping charges, and only to future livestock purchases. Credit are valid for 1 year.
After the coral arrives alive we do not offer any warranty since there are many factors that would effect the health of the coral. We are not responsible for any errors in acclimation process.
