Long Island Corals DOA Policy

No Returns or Refunds accepted, refunds are giving in store credit only.  No Free Shipping on DOA corals

Long Island Corals Guarantees live arrival of all corals that you receive on the first delivery attempt.  (we use UPS time stamp) Please note that some corals can get very stressed during the shipping process and they might take a few days to show their true colors, so please be patient.

In the unlikely event that your coral arrives dead on arrival or simple looks unhealthy Please send a clear well-lit photograph of the coral in the bag and out of the bag within 1 hour of arrival (ups time stamp will be used).  Please follow my instructions and I might ask for follow-up pictures.   If we determine that the coral is DOA we will issue store credit for the purchase price paid of the coral, shipping charges not refunded.  Store credit may not be applied to future shipping charges, and only to future livestock purchases.   Credits are valid for 1 year.  

After the coral arrives alive, we do not offer any warranty since there are many factors that would effect the health of the coral. We are not responsible for any errors in the acclimation process.  Please note that if you are unsure or have any questions about how to keep a certain coral or corals that you are purchasing or thinking about , please feel free to reach out to me by email , I am always here to help!
